Beside enhancing the relaxing and calming experience, did you know that massage can actually reduce your stress levels as well?

Stress can cause a large number of concerns for your body including sleep problems, weight gain, muscle pain, irritability and much more. It is very important to get your stress levels under control to have a healthy mind and body. Getting a regular massage could be the answer to your stress problem!

A recent study by Chang Gung University of Science and Technology in Taiwan concluded that there was a positive correlation between stress levels and getting regular massage. Participants that got a massage on regular basis, had significantly lower levels of Cortisol, which is your stress hormone.
